What this model is

LEDS track, 5-Constraint model — same five-serial-Constraint topology as the Constraint-Level version, with LEDS drill-down into named failure modes. Same throughput as all other siblings (~54% OEE, ~7M bottles) — rollup doesn't change the prediction. But now you see the full 2×2 hierarchy: machine-level rollup × itemized drill-down. The Capper is the clear bottleneck at 75.7% availability, driven mostly by Capper_Upper Plow Area (53% of Capper downtime). Compare to the Constraint-Level sibling where the Case Packer only looked worst by chance. The drill-down tells you where to invest; the machine-level tells you which machine.
